*Vendors need to facilitate their own move in/out; including providing their own hand trucks, platform trucks, labor, etc.

Locations are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Location Availability Map can also be found HERE. Inclusions: - Electricity (if needed, please note on follow up form) - WiFi access - Pipe and Drape (Black) - Vendor Sign - 1 table - 2 chairs - 2 Vendor Lanyards -Move In Time (Friday, December 15th: 10:30am - 1pm) -Listed as a participants on our website -Social Media Posts (11,000+ Followers across all profiles/platforms) 1 dedicated post on our social medias Announcement of your involvement is email marketing (2.5K+ Subscribers) *An invoice will be sent to you at time of registration for the remainder of your booth price payable by November 15th. If the invoice is not paid by November 16th, CAI may decide to open your booth location to other vendors. If registration takes place after November 15, 2023, we will require the full amount.
